Return / Cancellation Policy
You may cancel Service without paying an
applicable cancellation fee if within
the Return Period (defined below) you:
(a) contact us to cancel Service 10 days
prior to Show Closing Date or 3 days
prior to the install date. and (b)
return to the place of purchase, with
proof of purchase, any hardware or
software purchased from us or our
authorized dealer in connection with
your activation of Service. The "Return
Period" is 14 calendar days from Service
activation, or 30 calendar days from the
hardware or software's purchase date if
the hardware or software has not been
activated. hardware or software returned
with proof of purchase to the place of
purchase in good working condition with
original contents and packaging within
the Return Period are eligible for a
refund of the purchase price. You may be
required to pay a restocking fee. Even
if you cancel Service and/or return your
hardware or software, you must pay all
Service and other charges incurred prior
to cancellation or return. You
acknowledge that your initial hardware
or software purchase may be subsidized
to facilitate your subscription to the
Service. If you cancel Service within
the Return Period without returning the
hardware or software or the hardware or
software is not in good working
condition, you will be charged for the
difference between the full retail price
of the hardware or software without
activation (which may be more than the
advertised price with Service
activation) and the price you paid for
the hardware or software.
